With the addition of two new spice rubs to their line of gourmet and artisanal products, Cohen’s Original required two new jar labels and matching boxes for the jars, each reflecting the product, the brand, and what it means to live, and eat well. These labels and boxes were designed with the brand in mind and took into account certain packaging standards. The labels took into account hierarchy to help consumers determine what information is most important. The designs were kept minimal to mimic the premium brand’s personality. The box design was done based on the labels, making sure that they reflect the brand in a similar manner, especially with the fancier design of the box.

This assignment required an entire identity to be created for a television network as well as certain motion graphics components. Sweet Endings - a baking channel focused on offering viewers dessert ideas - offers dessert recipes and demonstrations to stay at home women, between the ages of 30 and 45, who would otherwise not feel confident enough to bake a delicious dessert for their family and friends. The brand personality is sweet, delicate, and feminine. A logo was created for the baking channel, along with dessert illustrations to stay true to the brand personality created. Motion deliverables include a station identification, animated lower third for guest features, coming up next animation, and a bug.
Box Design / Interactive Packaging Design

The Lindt chocolate packaging was created for the existing Lindor chocolate line - conveying excellence, warmth, and sharing - and was intended to be purchased as a gift. Each box is a general type of chocolate (milk, dark, white, etc) and contains this on the top layer, once the box is opened. The exclusive chocolates (hazel nut, almond, raspberry, etc) can be found in the two drawers on either side of the box. The drawer design was used to emphasize the exclusiveness of the chocolates, since users can open the box without revealing the exclusive chocolates. As is Lindt’s standard, each chocolate is individually wrapped with the ends twisted around the ball. The outside of each box is the colour associated with Lindt’s general flavours (red for milk chocolate, blue for dark chocolate, etc) to remain consistent for consumers.
